HOW DO I REDEEM MY GROUPON?
Simply give our studio a call at 509-868-6125.
BOOKING YOUR SESSION
Our busiest time of year is from mid June until mid December. We advise clients to call as soon as possible to schedule their boudoir session to ensure we get you on the schedule.
SCHEDULING YOUR SESSION
We schedule sessions in the evenings during the week and on the weekends. Please note there will be an additional fee assessed of $25 for rescheduling your session.
HOLIDAY TURN AROUND TIMES
Holiday orders must be PLACED before November 15 in order to be delivered in time for Christmas. Please note that we need 2 weeks to get your images ready to view online. Depending on our workload, we may be able to still deliver orders in time for the holiday, however, no guarantees will be made.
WHERE ARE THE PORTRAITS TAKEN?
All Groupon sessions will be taken at our studio located at 3207 N. Argonne Rd. in the Spokane Valley. We can also come to your home or do a shoot on-location for a more personalized session, however, there is an additional fee for those types of sessions. Fee starts at $25 and goes up depending on chosen location’s distance from our studio.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE INCLUDED IN MY BOUDOIR SESSION?
The Groupon purchased includes a 1 hour session for 1 subject. If you’d like to include your significant other, a friend, etc., this can be done for an additional fee of $25. Feel free to bring a friend or your hunny along for moral support during your session.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
We do not take walk-in sessions at this time. We are often out photographing on location and there may be no one at the studio to help you. All of our consultations and sessions are scheduled in advance. Typically we are booked 2 weeks out so please be sure to call us as soon as you’ve decided when you’d like to have your boudoir session.
ARE THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION RETOUCHED?
Yes! All images ordered go through two retouching processes. The first retouching process your images undergo is through a program called Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. In this program we eliminate images that didn’t turn out, i.e. eyes closed, silly expressions, etc., we correct lighting, color and sharpness, and we turn certain images black and white, sepia, colorwash, antique, etc. based upon what your photographer feels would look best for the images.
The images that are retouched in Lightroom are the images you will see in your online gallery. Once you place your order, those images will then be fine-tuned in Adobe Photoshop. In this program your images will undergo various adjustments such as whitening of teeth, eyes, removal of blemishes, removal of stretchmarks, scars, etc., for those who wish to look a little thinner, we have an amazing liposuction tool that helps shed pounds with a few clicks of a button, we will retouch backgrounds, remove unwanted items in background, etc.
WHAT IF I WANT DIGITAL IMAGES?
The Groupon you purchased comes with (2) 5×7 prints and digital copies of those prints. If you wish to order more digital copies, you may do so at the current pricing schedule. Please note prices may change at anytime and are only guaranteed once a session is booked.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE?
For customers that purchased their session through our Groupon special, there is no minimum purchase.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS READY?
It takes about 4 weeks to receive your portraits once you have placed your order. If you are purchasing pictures for the holiday, please be sure to schedule your session in time to place your order before November 5 for Christmas and January 5th for Valentines Day. Please note that our busiest time of year is from mid June until mid December.
SIGN YOUR CONTRACT
After having called the studio to book your session, we need you to digitally sign our portrait photography contract to ensure neither party has any unexpected surprises. To fill out your contract click FILL OUT YOUR CONTRACT HERE.
EXPIRATION?
Your Groupon deal is good until April 30, 2013. After that you may still use your coupon, however, it only holds the face value of the deal. For example if you purchased your coupon for $49 you would have a $49 credit towards services at our studio. If you purchased two, you’d have a $98 credit, etc.
