My name is Brooke & I’m the owner and head photographer of Infinity Photography & Design. I discovered my passion for photography in 2004 where I was lucky enough to land an apprenticeship with a talented local photographer. While working with her I had the opportunity to photograph everything from people, to animals, to multi-million dollar homes. She also introduced me to the world of Graphic Design where I was able to create ads that were placed in nationally publicized magazines. I have traveled around the country taking children photos at promotional events. These experiences have provided me with great opportunities and learning experiences. Photography is my passion and I strive on creating nothing but the best for anything less just wont do.

THE SESSION
{DETAILS}
Sessions are by appointment only and Infinity Photography & Design is typically booked 2-3 weeks in advance. It’s advised to schedule early to ensure the best selection of date and time. Your session fee is due upon scheduling your appointment. Non-payment will open up your time slot to other clients. Payments are accepted via cash, check or credit card. You can pay for your session fee through Paypal under the “BOOK IT” tab on our blog.
ABOUT
{OUR PLACE}
We are currently located in the Spokane Valley off of Argonne Rd. We offer studio and on location sessions, as well as a mobile studio (we bring the studio to your home – extra charge). We have a full studio setup with lights, backgrounds, and several different props.
{ LOCATION}
Outdoor location settings offer the best lighting and also the best props, letting imaginations run wild and creating perfect and unique photo opportunities. If you have a location in mind you’d like to shoot at be sure to let us know. There is usually no place to change out on location so many times you may end up changing in the car. We highly recommend wearing a tank top and boy shorts perhaps, under your outfits to make changing easier while out on location.
HOW DO I VIEW MY PROOFS?
We will schedule your viewing about one-two weeks after your session. We typically come to your home for our viewings so that we can figure out how much wall space you have for your photos and what sizes will look best. We offer payment plans to all our customers to help them afford professional portraits. We do require 50% of your payment to be received before any orders will start to be processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINTS?
Delivery of your final prints will be 2-4 weeks after you place your order. All portraits are unique and custom to each client. Upon delivery the remaining balance of your total order is due if you didn’t pay for it in full.
Once your order arrives from the lab, we will contact you to schedule a time to come pick up your images at the studio. If you wish to have your prints shipped to you, you will receive an email containing a tracking number with UPS so you can see when they will arrive. There is an additional fee for shipping prints.
RUSH FEES – If you need your prints sooner than the typical 2-4 weeks, rush fees are $50-$100 depending on items ordered.

ORDERING
Payment is expected at time of viewing. If you will be making payments, two credit cards or post-dated checks will be required. Finished portraits take 2-4 weeks to process from your viewing date. If Client is unable to make the scheduled viewing Infinity Photography & Design is not responsible for any delay in delivery of the order. Infinity Photography & Design does not start working on any orders until 50% of order total has been received. If payment has not been received in full by the availability date of your order, it will be held until full payment is received. Because our price list is updated periodically, Infinity Photography & Design guarantees all prices from the time you book your session until 30 days after your photo shoot. Any orders place 30 days after your session are subject to the current price schedule.
RETOUCHING
Basic retouching includes removal of blemishes and wrinkles, softening of circles and bags under the eyes, skin softening and the whitening of teeth and eyes. All other retouching is considered Premier retouching and includes, but is not limited to, correction of hair/makeup, environmental effects, clothing, reflections in glasses, opening of closed eyes, removal/insertion of people or objects, head swaps, etc. Premier retouching or extensive touch-ups will incur an additional fee of $5.00-$30.00. ARCHIVAL
Upon delivery of prints and/or digital files, Client(s) accept all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs/digital media. Infinity Photography & Design does not permanently archive image files. Infinity Photography & Design is not responsible for the life span of any photography and/or digital media provided, or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read discs provided. It is the responsibility of the Client(s) to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Upon completion, photographer will notify Client(s) their order is ready or have it shipped if shipping has been paid for. If shipping was not arranged and Client(s) fail to pick up their order within 15 days, Infinity Photography & Design will not be responsible for damage caused by storing Client(s) ordered products. This agreement is valid for six months after the photo shoot and if Client(s) fail to complete their purchase and pick up their order, Infinity Photography & Design will consider this transaction to be completed in full and have no further obligation. If order has not been paid in full, the account will be sent to collections with such fees assessed as discussed under the Payment section of this Agreement. If items have been damaged in shipment, Infinity Photography & Design will re-send any damaged items after verification has been made and damaged products have been returned. Infinity Photography & Design is not liable for a delay due to damaged or lost goods.
PAYMENT
The creation fee is due upon booking to reserve your appointment and is non-refundable. If you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment you may rebook another available date for half of your creation fee. If you are scheduled for an outdoor shoot and it’s raining, hailing, snowing, or there is lightning your shoot will be rescheduled without penalty or you may choose to do your session inside. We do not reschedule sessions due to overcast or cloudy weather. If you wish to shoot on a sunny day, you may reschedule for half of your creation fee. Once Client(s) has reviewed their images and place their order, 50% of the total order is due before processing of the order will start. The remaining balance is due when the order is delivered. If payment arrangements have been made the details will be described on the attached Payment Plan form. If Client(s) fails to contact Infinity Photography & Design to arrange pick up of their order or to arrange shipment (additional charges will apply) within 15 days of notification, the account will be turned over to a collection agency. Client will pay the full amount remaining for their order plus a finance charge and any fees incurred for use of a collection agency. A finance charge of 5% will be added the first of the month to all delinquent accounts starting the first day after the 15 day grace period. Returned checks will be assessed a $45 non-sufficient funds fee and all future purchases and payments must be made by cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card. Any breech of this Agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the order with no liability to Infinity Photography & Design or it’s Assignees and the loss of all payments made under this contract. All payments made are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLAN
Infinity Photography & Design’s Payment Plan is devised to help take the financial stress out of paying for photos all at once. Payment schedules are based upon total purchase price. A deposit of $25 is due when the order is placed with the remaining balance divided out across the term of Clients‘ payment schedule. Once committed to a payment plan, payments are to be made monthly using a credit or debit card. You may opt to pay by cash or check, however, a credit or debit card must remain on file in case payment is not received. Returned checks will be assessed a $45 non-sufficient funds fee and all future purchases must be made by cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card. If Infinity Photography is unable to obtain payments as scheduled in this Agreement, Clients’ account will be turned over to a collection agency. Client(s) will then be responsible for the full amount remaining for their order plus above stated finance fees and any fees incurred for the use of a collection agency.
REPRODUCTION
Client(s) agrees to purchase prints directly from Infinity Photography & Design unless a digital copy of the image has been purchased. Client(s) agree not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without written permission. Client will be required to pay for a digital copy of the image(s) based on the current prices at time of discovery. If digital files are purchased, a written release will be supplied with those files. The release grants Client(s) the right to reproduce the images provided for their personal use only and does not allow the photos to be altered, sold or published. Client(s) further agree not to supply images to any third parties. For best results, Client(s) with high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab. Infinity Photography & Design is not responsible for the outcome of prints that are not ordered directly from us.
COPYRIGHT
Infinity Photography & Design retains the ownership and copyright of all images. Client(s) may choose to purchase a digital copy of their images for the stated cost listed on our current price sheet, however Infinity Photography & Design will still remain the owner of all images taken. Client(s) understand that any duplication of any photos that have not been issued a copyright release form is a violation of U.S. Copyright Law (USC Title 17). It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, alter in any manner, including but not limited to electronics scanning via personal scanner or reproduction via a photo lab, self service kiosk, or post online in forums or on websites without the written permission of Infinity Photography & Design. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Client(s) are hereby given permission to make personal copies of images from CD’s or DVD’s that were given to Client(s) by Infinity Photography & Design, for their own use in E-mail or on personal web pages as long as full credit is given. In addition, Infinity Photography & Design is entitled to all monies gained through unauthorized use or sale of images. Infinity Photography & Design reserves the right to use images for advertising, display, publications, or other purposes needed to help promote business.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The limitation of liability shall apply to any photographic materials that are damaged in processing, lost through camera or computer malfunction, lost in the mail, otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on part of the photographer, or failure to deliver photos within the time stated in this contract. In the event Infinity Photography & Design fails to perform for any other reason, Infinity Photography & Design shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the money the Client(s) has paid. Client(s) agree that in the event of a misunderstanding, they give up their right to take this Agreement before a court. All disputes shall be handled outside a courtroom through private meetings or through the help of an Arbitrator. Any fees incurred as a result of a dispute shall be the responsibility of the party that brought forth the dispute.
